Seeking Social Media PR Interns For Big Conference Sept 10-12 (Marriott Hotel (Quincy))

Seeing talented and outgoing young people for our Social Media Swat Team! Several people who are pros on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, etc., are needed to help promote The Fair Trade Futures Conference (@ftimpact) taking place in Boston September 10-12 at the Marriott Hotel (Quincy).

The conference will have over 800 attendees, speakers from around the world and several events happening in conjunction with the conference (tweetup, marketplace, tour, etc.).  Please see the press release for more details:  http://pitch.pe/81524

We will need Social Media Interns to assist with the following tasks at the event:

• Live, real-time social media reporting of the event from the event through social media including video, audio and a constant stream of social media status updates on all three platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Engage with conference attendees and help them to use social media to share their conference experience
• Continue to build on the excitement of the conference online

We reimburse travel expenses to and from the event and lunch. Additionally, Interns and Volunteers who work the whole conference will be allowed to attend conference and conference-related events for free. If you ace working the event and turn out to be a social media superstar, we will gladly give a recommendation or reference to prospective employees for your great work.
